Sometimes you just want to enjoy a nice, refreshing cocktail that isn’t super high in calories. I love pina colada’s but they can really pack on the calories if you plan on having more than one. And let’s be honest, who’s having just 1 drink? Nobody in this house. So tonight I created this light, crisp drink that I couldn’t wait to share with you guys!
This is definitely the perfect drink after a long day at the beach or even a hard workout day. Ok let’s be real, this is good for any day of the week and since it’s easy and extremely refreshing I plan on having it a lot this summer.
- 3 cups fresh cut watermelon
- 4 limes juiced
- 2-4 tbsp agave (depending on how sweet your watermelon is)
- 6 oz. vodka (3 shot glasses)
- 12 ice cubes
- Place all your ingredients in a blender, start with using 2 tbsp of agave. Blend, taste and adjust agave if it's not sweet enough for you.
